جمهوری اسلامی باید فورا به پیگرد و آزار وکیل برجسته حقوق بشر در پرونده سنگسار سکینه محمدی آشتیانی خاتمه دهد
ما امضاکنندگان زیر بدینوسیله نگرانی شدید خود را از اینکه از سرنوشت محمد مصطفائی وکیل برجسته حقوق بشر در ایران خبری در دست نیست اعلام می‌داریم. ما همچنین اعلام میکنیم که بشدت نگران وضع همسر و برادر همسر ایشان، خانم فرشته حلیمی و آقای فرهاد حلیمی، هستیم که در روز ۲ مرداد ۱۳۸۹ توسط مقامات ایران دستگر شده‌اند. محمد مصطفائی وکیل سکینه محمدی آشتیانی است که بجرم «زنا» محکوم به سنگسار شده است.
محمد مصطفائی هفته گذشته به بخش وزارت اطلاعات در زندان اوین احضار شد. وی خود را در روز ۲ مرداد ۱۳۸۹ به بخش مذکور معرفی کرد، که در آنجا مورد بازجوئی قرار گرفت و آزاد شد. اما مدتی بعد در همان روز همسر و برادر همسر وی دستگیر شدند. این دو نفر را در حال حاضر در حبس نگاهداشته‌اند تا به این وسیله محمد مصطفائی را تحت فشار بگذارند تا خود را تسلیم کند. تعداد بسیار زیادی از مدافعین حقوق بشر در ایران تا کنون مورد پیگرد و آزار قرار گرفته، دستگیر شده، و برخی به اعدام محکوم شده‌اند. سجاد پسر سکینه محمدی آشتیانی که از جانب مادر خود خواستار تجدید نظر در رای صادره برای وی شده نیز تا کنون مورد بازجوئی و پیگرد و آزار قرار گرفته است.
ما از رژیم اسلامی ایران میخواهیم که خانواده محمد مصطفائی را فورا آزاد کند و به پیگرد و آزار محمد مصطفائی و سجاد، فرزند سکینه محمدی آشتیانی، خاتمه دهد. ما همچنین از رژیم اسلامی ایران مصرانه میخواهیم که رای سنگسار و اعدام در مورد سکینه محمدی آشتیانی را رسما باطل اعلام کند و وی را آزاد نماید.
Iran must end harassment of leading
human rights lawyer on stoning case
We, the undersigned, are extremely concerned to learn that the whereabouts of leading human rights lawyer Mohammad Mostafaei is unknown and that his wife, Fereshteh Halimi, and brother-in-law, Farhad Halimi, have been arrested on 24 July by the Iranian authorities. Mostafaei is the lawyer of Sakine Mohammadi Ashtiani who has been sentenced to death by stoning for ‘adultery.’
Last week Mostafaei was issued a summons requiring him to present himself to Evin prison; he did so on 24 July. He was interrogated and released but received a further summons by telephone. Later that day, his wife and brother-in-law were arrested and remain in prison in order to exert pressure on Mostafaei to turn himself in. Scores of human rights defenders have been harassed or arrested in Iran with some being sentenced to death. Sakine Mohammadi Ashtiani’s son, Sajjad, who has appealed on her behalf has also faced interrogation and harassment.
We call on the Islamic regime of Iran to immediately release Mostafaei’s family and end its harassment of Mostafaei and Sakine Mohammadi Ashtiani’s son Sajjad. We also demand that Sakine Mohammadi Ashtiani’s stoning and execution orders be rescinded and that she be released.

در این اطلاعیه علاوه بر آدرس طومارهای اعتراضی همچنین به سابقه موضوع سکینه محمدی، نامه سجاد پسر او و آخرین وضعیت او با ذکر منابع اشاره و تاکید شده که بسیاری دیگر از جمله "آذر باقری" که در ١٥ سالگی دستگیر شد و "مریم قربانزاده" کهباردار است در معرض سنگسار قرار دارند. این فراخوان در پایان تاکید کرده است:

Citizens of the World against Stoning
We, the undersigned, are extremely concerned about the fate of 43 year old Sakine Mohamadi Ashtiani and fear she may be executed in Iran at any time for ‘having an illicit relationship.’
We call on people everywhere to intensify their protests by marking Saturday 24 July as the International Sakine Mohamadi Ashtiani Day. On the Saturday, we ask you to come out on to the streets and in city centres across the globe at 2pm local time bringing photos of Sakine and messages in her defence and against stoning and execution. Other measures that can be taken include highlighting her case wherever possible, signing petitions (http://stopstonningnow.com/sakine/sakin284.php?nr=50326944&lang=en), http://www.avaaz.org/en/stop_stoning/?cl=651962225&v=6766 and (http://freesakineh.org/), joining rallies, and keeping pressure on the Islamic Republic of Iran.
As a result of the public outcry, the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in London has issued a press release stating that the regime did not intend to stone her, that stoning in Iran was rare and that there was no truth to the reports (http://iransolidarity.blogspot.com/2010/07/keep-pressure-on-until-we-end-stoning.html). Her lawyer, however, has made it clear that ‘Iranian embassies are not a part of the judiciary system, and it is the judiciary which should cancel this sentence’ (http://notonemoreexecution.org/2010/07/09/pr-sakineh4/). Rather than being rare, a new report has found that over 100 known stonings have already taken place and another 25 known cases await death by stoning in Iran (http://countmein-iran.com/Sangsarha%20lst-farshad-july2010.pdf). Since the global protests, families of others held in Tabriz prison have come forward with news of 170 people sentenced to death, including children, youth, and 18 men and women for being gay. نه تنها سکینه که انسانیت به تلاش شما نیاز دارد
چه با شکوه است که صدها هزار نفر در سراسر جهان قلبشان برای زنی در زندانهای ایران میطپد. چه مسرت بخش است که در طول سه هفته سکینه محمدی آشتیانی، زنی گمنام، به همت انسانهای بیشماری در سراسر جهان به یکی از معروف ترین زنان دنیا تبدیل شد و نور امید در دلش زنده شد. و چه امیدبخش است که میلیونها نفر از قاره های مختلف دنیا در دفاع از انسانیت، علیه یک حکومت ضد انسان قد علم میکنند و این حکومت را به عقب میرانند.
دوستان عزیز
اجازه بدهید به سهم خودم از طرف کمیته بین المللی علیه سنگسار و کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام از تلاش ارزشمند تک تک شما قدردانی کنم و درمورد اهمیت و دستاورد فعالیت شما به نکاتی اشاره کنم:
١- سکینه به همت این تلاش جهانی و قبل از همه تلاش فرزندان سکینه، از سنگسار نجات یافت. امیدوارم این تلاشها در ادامه خود به نجات کامل سکینه از اعدام و زندان منجر شود.
٢- فشار جهانی علیه جمهوری اسلامی، تا همینجا این حکومت را در اجرای سایر احکام اعدام و سنگسار نیز محتاط کرده است. هرچند اعدام و جنایت لازمه بقای این حکومت است، اما این تلاش ها میزان آنها را کاهش میدهد.
٣- جمهوری اسلامی در دنیا بسیار بی آبروتر و منفورتر شد. سه دهه است تلاش میکنیم به دنیا بگوئیم که این حکومت با مردم ایران چه میکند و امروز بیش از هر زمان مردم جهان با مردم ایران و مبارزه آنها برای خلاص شدن از دست این حکومت احساس همبستگی میکنند و این برای مردم ایران بسیار گرانقدر و یاری دهنده است.
٤- به همت تلاش شما و افشای گسترده جمهوری اسلامی، ساخت و پاخت و مماشات با این حکومت برای دولت هائی که این سی سال کنار این حکومت بودند و درمورد جنایاتش سکوت کردند، دشوارتر شد. و این نیز مستقیما بر مبارزه مردم ایران تاثیر میگذارد.
٥- خواست لغو مجازات اعدام و سنگسار از خواستهای مهم مردم ایران است. جمهوری اسلامی از بدو به قدرت رسیدن تا کنون نزدیک به صد هزار نفر از عزیزان مردم را به جرم مخالفت سیاسی با این حکومت، به جرم داشتن عقیده ای دیگر، به جرم آزاد اندیشی، به جرم بی اعتقادی به مذهب، اعتقاد به مذهبی دیگر و یا به جرم ارتداد و یا صرفا به خاطر عشق ورزیدن به کسی، به جرم هموسکسوالیسم، به جرم عدم رعایت حجاب اسلامی، عدم رعایت مقررات اسلامی و یا به جرم نخواستن چنین حکومتی، در دادگاههائی که هیچ انسان شرافتمندی نمیتواند اسم دادگاه بر آنها بگذارد، اعدام و یا سنگسار کرده است. اعدام یک رکن مهم این حکومت است و مبارزه با اعدام یک رکن مهم مبارزه مردم علیه این حکومت است. در هفته های گذشته شما در سطح جهان به دفاع از این خواست انسانی مردم ایران بلند شدید و پرچم لغو مجازات اعدام و سنگسار را بالاتر بردید.
٦- و مهمتر از همه، شبکه های بزرگی از اکتیویست ها به همت شما شکل گرفت که میتوان امیدوار بود که این شبکه ها هر بار قدرتمندتر و مجرب تر از گذشته در مقابل اعدام ها و سنگسارها قد علم خواهند کرد و مردم ایران را در مبارزه بسیار انسانی شان علیه این حکومت توحش مذهبی یاری خواهند داد. به شما اطمینان میدهم که شما امید به رهائی و امکان رهائی از شر این حکومت را برای مردم ایران و جهان تسهیل نمودید. شما قدم بزرگی این مبارزه تماما انسانی برای سرنگونی این حکومت و شکل دادن به جامعه ای آزاد و برابر و انسانی را به جلو بردید. بنابراین قدر شبکه هائی که ایجاد کرده اید را بخوبی بدانید و هر چه بیشتر آنها را تقویت کنید.
دست تک تک شما عزیزان را میفشارم و امیدوارم که مبارزه شما هرروز قدرتمندتر و سازمان یافته تر شود و نقش هرچه بیشتری در کنار مردم ستمدیده ایران ایفا کند.

مقامات قضائی جمهوری اسلامی قرار است روز ٢١ جولای درمورد سکینه تصمیم بگیرند
یک منبع خبری ما از تهران امروز اطلاع داد که مقامات قضائی جمهوری اسلامی در تهران قرار است روز چهارشنبه ٢١ جولای درمورد وضعیت سکینه محمدی آشتیانی تصمیم گیری کنند. معاون دادستان تبریز گفته بود سکینه باید اعدام شود. خطر محکومیت سکینه به اعدام همچنان جدی است. باید فشار به جمهوری اسلامی را تشدید کنیم و سکینه را از قتل دولتی نجات دهیم. سکینه را به اتهام رابطه جنسی خارج از ازدواج در مقابل چشمان پسرش سجاد ٩٩ ضربه شلاق زدند و بیش از ٤ سال است در زندان در کابوس سنگسار نگهداشته اند. سکینه باید آزاد شود.
برای نجات سکینه از اعدام و زندان باید فشار جهانی علیه جمهوری اسلامی را تشدید کنیم. این تنها راه عقب راندن حکومت قاتلان اسلامی است. تلاش جهانی و گسترده دو هفته گذشته نشان داد که میتوان جمهوری اسلامی را عقب راند و سکینه و سایر محکومین به اعدام و سنگسار را از دست این حکومت نجات داد.

مینا احدی، فعال سیاسی و مبارز کمونیست ایرانی و عضو کنونی کمیته مرکزی و دفتر سیاسی حزب کمونیست کارگری ایران است. مینا احدی چهرهٔ اصلی کمیته بینالمللی علیه اعدام و کمیته بینالمللی علیه سنگسار است
مینا احدی در شهر ابهر به دنیا آمد. به گفتهٔ او اعدام شوهرش که خود فعالی سیاسی بود، درست در روز سالگرد ازدواجشان، از عواملی شد که او بعدها به چهرهای مطرح در مبارزه با مجازات اعدام تبدیل شود. او در حال حاضر در آلمان زندگی و فعالیت میکند. مینا احدی در کنفرانس ها و میتینگ های متعددی شرکت کرده است. او همچنین از فعالین سابق حزب کمونیست ایران بوده است.
